This is the Aluminum data tag used on the windshield for your 1968 Mercury Cougar (Base, XR-7, GT).
Does not come bent you will need to bend into shape and stamp accordingly.
If you want the part number stamped into the tag we can add that.
OEM Part number is the C8ZB stamp on the bottom of the tag.
Please reach out if you would like the tag completely stamped with your full 11 digit number on it. Not for use on vehicle, off-road vanity use only.
