Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RestoStamps LLC. We take pride in crafting high-quality, precision metal stamps for classic vehicle restoration and specialty applications. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to the following processing timelines:

  • Stock Items: Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days. Because many of our products are CNC-machined or require finishing, processing time may vary.
  • Custom Orders: Custom stamp orders (including custom fonts, sizes, or special character sets) require additional production time. Estimated lead time for custom orders is 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and current production volume. We will contact you with an estimated ship date after your order is placed.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available — please contact us at sales@restostamps.com before placing your order if you require faster delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping

RestoStamps LLC currently ships primarily within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at sales@restostamps.com to inquire about international orders, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times before placing your order. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within your estimated processing window, please contact us at sales@restostamps.com.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

RestoStamps LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@restostamps.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
